I know there are a lot of variables but let's just go with the "average" on everything for the time being. I am looking to go to my local marine shop and trade my current 2011 Suzuki DF70a outboard for a 115hp model. Let's assume the used replacement is perfect just as mine is and it also is a 2011. What kind of price difference should I be looking at having to pay for the larger motor? I just don't want to get screwed.
2nd ?: what is an average cost to remove the smaller outboard and replace with the larger (assuming the throttle cables, etc will not have to be replaced) thanks in advance

Can't help you with the first question, but as far as R&R, shouldn't take more than a couple or three hours, as long as the instrument harness and gauges are the same and it's just an unplug/plug job... If it starts to involve pulling cables and harnesses out, all bets are off...
