90 HP 2008 Suzuki outboard. Buzzer and light came on for overheat out fishing. Took boat home changed thermstat dropped lower unit and put in new impeller. Cranked up motor and have great flow from tell tale pee hole (motor in a tub no muffs). Took two temp sensors out and checked them with OHM meter and seem to be working. Manual says the (EM) exhaust manifold sensor might be bad and causing the light to stay on. Anyone have this problem or experience please advise. Paul Zarpaylic Melbourne, Fl.

Not a Suzuki guy but have found where there are two temp sensors on your motor, the water temp and the exhaust. May want to check the exhaust

Captaincayman -- most iBoats forums are NOT general conversation type forums. They are category and problem specific meaning one person asks a question (in this case the person asked about a Suzuki problem in the Yamaha/Suzy forum. That thread it then specifically limited to responses and other questions related to the original problem. Your question has nothing to do with this thread so you should have started your own thread. You are in the correct forum (Yamy/Suzy) but you should have started your own thread. Why? Some of these threads get very long and very detailed. If others pop various unrelated questions into someone elses thread, things get confusing quickly and you lose track of what issue is actually being discussed. Maybe one of the moderators will move your question.
