Buzzer.

I have an 02 90hp Yam
90TLRA
6HI L 509357

The alarm starts as soon as the key's turned on.
I have unhooked the temp sensor so it doesn't get a signal from that.
The motor is cool, hasn't been started.
The oil tank is clean no crud.
The alarm shuts down if I move the float up to about half way.
But if it goes all the way to the top the alarm sounds.
I figure the alarm sender(level gauge assy.) is bad?????

Any thing I should test or look for?

The tach doesn't have any lights or any indicators just the buzzer.

I got the manual and did some tests.
Turns out the sender is bad.
Parts on the way.

Parts came yesterday afternoon. Going in today.

Fixed.New sending unit did the trick.
