My buzzer goes off with engine off and cold when I turn the key to on. Oil is green and full. Engine rpm not limited once running and runs great. Could the buzzer be bad? Any troubleshooting advice greatly appreciated. Have run boat 5 times previous this summer with no issue. Not even sure where to start
