Yamaha f25 oil and temp light problem

Engine is not hot and oil level is spot on. Can these things malfunction ? Sensor trouble? Would appreciate any help. Thanks.

What is the problem you are having? First thing about fixing a problem is to know what it is?

What is the complete model of the motor?

Its a 2006 Yamaha 4 stroke. Red led light is coming on but I have no temp or oil level issues. I just put a new fuel pump on because the Diafragm was letting gas into the oil. Oil level is fine now but keeps red lighting and going into loww rpm mode.

Thanks for the complete model identity. I still have no idea what engine you have. There are many F25's.

Do you have one lamp or two lamps in the warning indicator?

The oil lamp indicates low oil pressure. It has nothing whatsoever to do with oil level (quantity).

My recommendation is that you take the motor to a Yamaha mechanic who can inspect it and repair it as needed.
