Hello, I have a Suzuki DT6 1993.
The cooling water pipe that goes from the waterpump to the motor was broken. (Fig 7 item 2) Lower end (5cm)
I repaired that by putting a platic tube between the waterpump and the rest of the pipe. It works fine, but the more I throttle up, less water is coming out of the motor.
When I put the cover from the clutch adjustment hole on its place, the water stops coming out of the motor. Is this normal?
When I look throught the clutch adjustment hole, I see some waterspray inside that. Is this oke?
