Yamaha sx250 battery cable issue

I know im being a bone head, but i dont want to fry anything. I know where the neg cable goes - where does the positive cable connect to? There is really NOTHING obvious and my manual doesnt address it! Arg!

The positive battery cable will go to the positive battery terminal. If no switch is involved. If there is a battery switch in place then the positive cable goes to the switch. Another cable will go from the switch to the positive battery post.

Black/negative cable to the negative - battery post. Red or black with red band cable to the positive + battery post.

LOL, ok I guess I was a little vague on the battery cables. Thanks for the response, but I was looking for where they go on the engine. I know the negative lead goes to the top of the starter, but where does the positive lead go?
