1993 suzuki dt75 cant figure out

I used this motor all year last year no problems, toke it out of storage this year changed the waterpump put it in the water it fired right up, rode 45 minutes or so, came back to the dock and its never hit another lick will only spin over, if you pump up the bulb tight, choke it spin it over it empties the fuel filter and makes one hell of a rainbow in the water behind the boat. any any help would be wonderfull

I forgot to say when it was put away it had all the fuel treated with staybil, and brand new plugs put in before we put it in the water
