I will start with your last question first. It can all be drained out.

Tilt the motor fully up and leave it in that position for several minutes. Remove the drain plug. Hold a bucket under the oil spout and lower the motor to the full down position. When the oil has drained trim the motor up somewhat. Replace the drain plug.

Forget all about whatever an owner's manual, a service manual or a dealers chart shows you. Add 4.5 liters of new oil with a new filter. Run the motor for several minutes time and then turn it off. Trim the motor up to the half way position for about five minutes. Trim the motor back down until it is vertical. Remove the dip stick. Ignore the reading. Wipe the dip stick clean and reinsert it fully. Pull it out and check the level. Some where between the min and the max line is where you want to be. Only add oil if the level is below the min line, which won't be the case.
