Yamaha 150 hpdi bogs down under load

2004 150 hpdi will rev and do everything right on land but in water only idles and if gas is given it bogs down. Have new fuel lines and fuel filter. Motor ran perfect last weekend went and took it out yesterday and wont rev thanks.

monitor fuel pressures
lots of filters/screens on that motor
get it hooked up to a computer

I have a 05 200 hpdi, when my hpdi starts bogging down when its put in gear, it is almost always is either the water seperating filter or the mid preasure filter(canester filter right above the VST tank. I would replace this filter first since you said above that you replaced the water seperating filter. There has been only one time in 1600 hrs that the problem was'nt one of the filters above when it bogged down when put in gear. It was a fouled plug. good luck

I have the 02 200 hpdi, change out the fuel water separator, small canister filter and vst tank filter. Filter maintenance is very important on these picky but great motors.
