1990 yamaha 200 no spark on number 2 and 5

OK I have a 1990 200 hp yamaha I am not getting spark on number 2 and five any ideas. Compression is 100 on all 6 I have gone through the carbs and rebuilt the fuel pumps new plugs. before I figured the spark issue i tried to get the boat up on plane and it would no go no power PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

Swap the none firing coils with two that are firing. Does the problem move with the coils or stay in with the same cylinders? If it moves, it's the coils. If not it's deeper in the ignition system.

Sorry forgot to post that yes I did swap coils and no change

follow the steps in service manual for testing the ignition system using the proper test equipment.
I do not have a 200 so I do not have a manual for it.
