04 Yamaha 60 hp carb question

Hello my name is Robert. I was wondering if i could put 70 hp carbs on my 60 hp to make it run like a70

I would think there is more to it than just swapping the carbs. I would think the intake or reeds might be different and maybe cdi unit?
