1995 yamaha 200 hp txrt seems to smoke alot

I have a 1996 grady white w/ twin 200hp yammi's. I took it in for a tune-up last spring and the marina
adjusted the link and sync. They checked compression and everything else. The one motor seems to smoke a
little more than the other. How do i know if the oil injector is "leaking" a little past its seals and more than it should.
I have the factory manual and it says to run the motor w/ a premix and measure the output of the injector
to see what the flow is. Is this the only way to set it up or just back the linkage a turn or two to decrease the oil?

With the idle screw backed completely out, there is a line on the oil pump arm that aligns with a line on the pump. If not aligned, then adjust it.
