Problem with DT Suzuki 25 HP

Hello mates,

I have problem with DT Suzuki 25HP he just dont want stay idle. Yes i clean carbs very very good, check fuel pump change it all diaphragms... Im not sure in TPS i know they make problems. But here we dont have suzuki distributor or dealer in my country so first i want check voltages but cant find service manual. So can you send me service manual or send me link for download or maybe just give me voltage parametres on work

What's the year of your motor? Is it a tiller or remote steer? If you don't know what year, can you post the model and serial number.

Yes it is with remote control also here is motor info from plate : SUZUKI DT25AC

test for good compression, strong spark, proper timing and fuel pressure.

If all is good then look at fuel/air mix

Carbs need to be adjusted properly once reinstalled



Do not even see a DT25AC listed at Brownspoint.com or the number 02506

That model # doesn't seem right?
Do you know about what year your motor was made?
If it's an older 2 stoke I might be able to help with some specs.

Here it is same model i think its 1990 model year. Maybe you cant find it becouse this number is for european market.

Looks like a DT25C.
