Last two times I have been running the boat and shut the motor down for a few mins, I have been unable to restart until the motor cools back down. Choking does not help nor does pumping the fuel ball. I have been running fuel that has the 10% ethanol. Am I possibly looking at dirty or leaking carbs causing this?
