I have a 1986 Suzuki DT6. Earlier this week, I was going through it to clean it and whatnot. Without it running, I tried the gears and they seemed to be fine. I had to move the flywheel a bit to get into the reverse gear but it did go in. I assumed that was normal so the gears would mesh. Well, I just tank ran it and the gear lever wouldn't move into reverse. Forward worked buttery smooth but the lever wouldn't even begin to click out of neutral to go into reverse. Like something was blocking it. Any ideas?
