HELP, PLEASE! 1989 yamaha 130 HP tilt

Apparently, tilt/trim fluid is low, book says to refill with motor down, but its up and I cant get it down! how do i get the motor down to refill fluid? hoping to fish tomorrow, but outlook is not too good if I cant get motor down!

Fill it in the up position then recheck in the down position
