yamaha 703 remote control

I have a yamaha 200 pro v... with yamaha 703 remote control box...the trim at the motor works fine......but the trim up in the controls does not work properly. Could the up down switch be wearing out?



Can you direct me to a replacement part?

It could also be a worn through wire in the pivot of the throttle, had that happen and every time I trimmed up I got lightly shocked through the steering wheel...I went almost a year just letting go of the steering wheel when I trimmed the motor before I dug into it.
