No spark 1-5 cylinders-Yamaha ox66 150hp-fuel inj 2000

Took boat out of winter storage, no start issue. Drained fuel, checked vst pump pressure-good but no spark on cylinders 1-5. Boat ran fine prior season. Any and all thoughts would be appreciated!

no spark on 2 cylinders will not keep it from starting

Sorry I should have been clearer-all five cylinders 1-5 have no spark and only number 6 has spark.
