94 dt 40 Suzuki hard to start after shutting off

Just bought this Suzuki was out of water since last year. Put fresh fuel and plugs and battery and it will run great from 1/8 throttle right up to WOT. It idles kinda bumpy and many times it fights me when I try to start it after shutting it off...any advice? Thanks - Nate

Check to see if your new spark plugs are actually working, it is possible to have bad out of box parts.
