Suzuki DT140 When idle fuel comes from main nozzle

A question for anyone who still have this engine.
My idle is rough. I have previously tried to adjust with the pilot screw until it lean pops. Still rough up to 1/4 of throttle. Then great.

Is it normal that it will flow fuel from main nozzle during idle? Its not much but maybe a teaspoon a minute. I have studied the service manual and as I can understand during idle fuel should only come from the pilot jet, not the main nozzle.
My engine clearly runs rich up to 1/4 throttle, but cant adjust this with the pilot screw.
If I tilt the engine it runs better as the extra fuel now runs out the front side of the carb.
I have checked the float height of the bulbs. I have checked the needle valve and tried if the carb will overflow when working on the fuel primer. No leaks.

Any help is highly appreciated.
