Yamaha z150 ignition wiring

I just bought a 2000 yamaha z150 hpdi but it didn't come with controls. My question is can I use my existing controls from my suzuki dt100? I am on a pretty strict budget for this report and boat rebuild so any way I can cut costs is a real plus with household 6!
