Suzuki 9.9 wont start

I have a new suzuki 9.9 got it all set up at home took it out for the first time started it let it idle for five minutes and put it in gear and it died. Now it won't start it is the remote model. I turn the key on and it makes a tone then turn the key and nothing then it makes what i would describe as a beep but it never turns the starter or makes any noise. It is in neutral from what i can tell the prop spins freely, the cutoff key, is in Just don't know where to go from here. Any help to steer me in the right direction please!

I have a similar issue with what is basically a brand new motor, the 9.9 with electric start. After sometime I am able to get to idle, but after a place it in gear it just stalls and then it's a real pain to get it started again. Has anyone else had these issues with the 9.9?? FYI, I only have about 5 hours on the motor.
