yamaha 1993, 4hp 2 stroke

I have a little yamaha 2 stroke 4 hp that ran beautiffy up to three weeks ago, I went out today and I can't pull the cord on it, jammed solid. What should I look for

Remove spark plug and turn motor over by hand using the flywheel...check for water, oil or fuel in the cylinder....

may have a no pull start when in gear device. will have to pull cowling off and look to see what is going on

so I pulled the spark plugs. No oil, water or gas in cylinders. What is no pull start

did that and no oil, no water nor gas

some motors have a mechanical device that when motor is in gear locks up the pull start
