I just bought a used 2005 Yamaha F8MSHC.
When I tilt it to the full position it won't lock in place without me pulling on the bracket by hand. I have lubed all the swivel "points" and verified that all the springs are in place. Is there a common problem here that is easily fixed? Do the springs maybe get weak over time?
