I have removed 2 1993 130hp yamahas from a boat that were in working condition when they last ran. It has probably been at least 2 years since they have been started. I have them on stands right now. I would like to start them and check them out before I go to the trouble to take the exisisting motor off and mount one of these 130's. Do I have to have all of the wiring connected as if it were on the boat to test start/run the motor? Does this include the gauges? I would like to at least like to have the key to start and stop the engine. Any info would be appreciated.
