How to remove center cowling (apron) on 2007 Yamaha F150

Hey guys.....my 1st post here.How do I get it off? I am talking about the cowling above the lower unit and below main cowling. I removed the ony fastener I see on the back and it won't budge. Is there a trick to it? It needs to be painted.

I believe you have to remove the power head first.
