1994 Yamaha 115Q suddenly won't start??

Hi,

When i turn the key to start the engine, I only hear two clicking noise by the starter (not sure if its coming from the starter). The battery is full. There is no cranking noise. Can anyone tell me what I should start by checking?

btw.. A few weeks ago, nor the engine and the tilt was working. There is a small black box inside the engine; a positive cable was disconnected. After connecting it, the engine cranked up and the tilt worked.
The tilt still works.

Update**

I feel the clicking noise coming from the relay that connects the tilt motor and starter. Could that be the problem?

You are going to need a voltmeter to see where you are losing power.

when i tested the relay for its voltage it read 12.86V. So, might I be losing power somewhere else? Interesting. Will check
