Re: 2010 140 4,stroke Suzuki steering problem
Hi,what kind of steering do you have? is it hydraulic or is it single slave? if it is hydraulic check for binding on the gimble bracket while it it tilt-trimmed,and if it is single slave make sure the end of slave spins freely,if not it can twist the wire cable inside and cause a bind and eventually break it. but on some motors the weight of the powerhead{especially a four stroke} is too top heavy when tilted and can be difficult to turn while tilted.
