One of my twin 200's is idling rough and also seems its not revving up like normal.
Any hints at checking for simple electrical problem like a bad coil or a plugged idle
jet on a carb. thanks for any insights.

check compression on all cylinders, spark on all cylinders with a spark tester set to 7/16", and timing with timing light.
If all that is good the look at fuel related problems. Pumps and carbs
