I?m new to this forum. Hey I have a Yamaha 225 1994 model S225TXRU. When I start it, the eng react perfect. It goes into a little high RPM and after warm up it settle down and very stable. I enter reverse and no problem, I change gear to front and I start going in low RPM (No Wave zone) the eng. is running fine but suddenly it turn off, (it turn off little by little). I have no problem in high speed. The problem get worse after we are running for a while and I go into low RPM speed (a no wave zone) speed. I change the three gas pumps on the side of the eng. I guess this pumps are the one fitting in high speed. I do an annual maintenance by schedule, so water pump, filters gas, spark plugs, thermostats are replaced.
Right now they are in good condition. Change lower unit oil every 6 month. Everything seems working fine but the low speed. Do you guys have any suggestion?
