My engine suddenly will not rev higher then 5000 rpm . The engine is not yet 3 years old and has operated well since installed. Thinking it might be caused by a blocked fuel filter, I replaced both the engine filter cartridge and the 10 micron fuel filter/water separator canister. This did not seem to make and difference. Not sure what to try next. Anyone else run across this problem?
