Yamaha 300 Bogging

I have a 2006 HPDI 300; I have had thousands of dollars
Of work done and still not right. The engine has is now
Very hard to start it after it starts it will idel and revs up
Just fine. After about a 15 minute run " speed does not effect
The outcome she will start to choke and buck. The longer it
Sits the longer it will run up to its 15 minute time limits. I'm
Headed to Falcon and I need this fixed. Any idea ?

Need to have it hooked up to computer to see what is going on with fuel pressures ( high and low) and all sensors is my thoughts
