Have a hpdi lz150txrz 6k0x800776 that will not run after start up .Fuel pump pressure is just below 60 psi at the vapor separator and does not drop off at the point of stalling.Injectors have been rebuilt and 2 replaced new.Compression numbers looked good as did ignition output.Engine will start and run great for a moment then stall. No external fuel leaks are apparant. This is a twin application with both engines sucking off the same tank. Not the best scenario plus it has twin electric primers at the water separator. Can I adapt Mercs optimax fuel and air pressure guage to this format?

You need to see what the high pressure side is also, should be over 600 hundred psi on HPDIs, but not sure exact # for your motor. Probably need to hook up to computer or use a volt meter on sensor
Also need better description of problem

HPDIs have three fuel systems. Pick up pump. 5-7 psi, Medium pressure (check the specs) and High pressure 700+ psi. You can check the high pressure only with the diags program. That may be your best bet. Take it to a mechanic, spend an hours labor to have him look at all voltages, pressures and etc. to help pinpoint the problem quick. They will start and run with no high pressure fuel. Make sure the fuel is CLEAN and FRESH.
