head gasket on suzuki dt50 1984

looking for info on replacing head gasket.do not know if head cover must be removed from head to replace head gasket.i am getting ready to order head gasket and was not sure if i should also order head cover gasket

If your planning on pulling the heads i would pull off the water jackets and clean the scale off
