I can get to 2 out of the 3 bolts how do you get the last bolt ?

Probably will need to remove one of the transom brackets and then remove T&T unit.
Or pull motor off boat

Unscrew the manual release valve and tilt the engine up as far as it can go. Unbolt and remove the tilt and trim unit. A bit of wiggling/jiggling required but it will come out.Once its out replacing the trim motor is easy. I just did this yesterday and am in the process of doing the trim cylinders right now.
