Ring Free, does it work?

I Have never used a so called ring freeing additive so your unbiased input would be greatly appreciated.

Fuel related problems are probably 75%+ of outboard related issues.....Ringfree, a fuel stabilizer like Stabil and a fuel/water separator type cartridge filter are keys to preventive maintenance(which is much cheaper than repairs)....
