2001 Suzuki DF115 on a pontoon. Never had a problem until we drove it to Ft Myers beach Sunday and anchored. It was very rough and was bobbing pretty good, no water coming over the front though. There about three hour, started it up and it barley running, had to rev it up in neutral then took off, still only running on two cylinders until it got up to about 4K then it straightened right out. It was good until we slowed up to idle, then it goes back to two cylinders again. Take off to 4k back to four. Back at the dock I removed spark plug wires to see what cylinders were effect, it was the two middle. Changed plugs, no improvement. Does anyone have any ideas what the problem is ? seems like fuel.

Leak down test may help find out what is happening

I'm willing to put all my eggs in one basket and say your head is corroded out
