Yamaha Outboard First Service Question

I just purchased a new F115LA with a pontoon boat and need to know if the first service is at 10 or 20 hours. My owner's manual says 20 hours but the dealer and Yamaha website say 10 hours. The previous owner's manuals available on-line also say 10 hours.

Also, does anyone know what the "LA" means in the model number? The model code numbers in the Sticky post do not match up. As a side note, this motor was manufactured 7/2011.
