1990 Yamaha CV85 vs 1989 115hp Parts

I have a 1990 CV85EL. I want to add a factory style PTT unit (it came without one).

I know someone with an 1989 115HP parts motor. The PTT unit is good.

So...

1. Will the PTT unit fit my CV85 bracket?

2. If not on the CV85 bracket, then will the bracket from the 115 fit on my CV85?
If so, I can just replace the bracket/PTT assy all together.
