Yamaha 1998 225 ox66 will not start Please Help!!

I recently changed the rigging hose between the boat and the engines. Started the motors with a hose and checked all fuel connection. Dropped boat in the water and 1 engine will not start. I have no idea where to begin. Engine is getting spark, fuel pressure when key is on at schrader valve, checked all the plugs disassembled during rigging.
Any help in where to begin would be greatly appreciated!!

follow the process in my sig below..spark + fuel + proper timing = fire. you have a break down in one of these.
