1994 9.9 Suzuki (oil injected) not starting

I have a 9.9 Suzuki that i replaced the spark plugs and put new gas and oil in. Haven't done much to it yet because im not sure what is wrong. When i spray a little starter fluid in it it only runs for about 2 seconds. please give me ideas of what could be wrong.

starting fluid dont consist any oil-no oili in 2 stroke=not good for bearings
mix fuel+oil(1:50) in spray botle and spray in carb throath.

if motor starts and die after sprying your mix=dirty carb
or fuel delivery problem.
take out the carb and soak in carb cleaner and put back

i cant find in catalog 9.9 in 1994

To do a proper job on the carb it will need stripping down and soaking in Gunk brand Carb and Parts cleaner. Available at your local auto parts store. Do not use the so called spray type carb cleaners. Damage to your carb parts can result. Follow the directions on the Gunk cleaner can.
Get the Carb kit from Suzuki dealer and rebuild carefully.
