My tiller handle 25hp is not shifting properly. it remains in fwd and will not disengage to neutral or switch to reverse. it will also go to neutral and not shift to fwd or reverse. i know there is the disconnect at the lower unit for foot removal but is this also an adjustment point for the shift rod? How do I make the adjustments for consistent shifting if adjustments are all thats wrong? Thanks
