115 yamaha 4 stroke valve adjustment

how complicated is a valve adjustment on a 2006 115 hp o/b 4 stroke
and should it be done. every tells me that they rarely need adjustment
is this true ?

Not difficult with the proper manual, and not often required. I have more than 500 hrs on my F150 and have never had to do any adjustments.
