Oil type for my DT115 Suzuki EFI...2 stroke.

Hi,

I just bought the DT115 Suzuki 2-stroke and I have been looking everywhere on the kind of oil to use to change the lower unit. Is there a substitute to the Suzuki marine oil that i can buy locally at a Walmart or such? Thanks.

Hi an welcome to iboats. I am using 75 w 90 synthetic marine grade on my Yamaha.

That Walmart "Marine Lower Unit Oil", or any other so specified will work fine!

it does need to be marine lube, automotive doesn't have the anti foaming in it
