When I purchased my Willie sled in 1994 I had the 4 blade stainless impellor installed when new. I have always run a top of 4200 rpm. When talking to mechanics I was told top efficiency was at 5200 to 5500 rpm. I began to investigate this issue having it at several shops with no luck. While checking my wear plate liner I discovered they had installed a v6 impellor instead of a v4 which it is supposed to have. This obviously reduced my rpm and created additional stress. My question now is where is the best place to purchase a new 4 blade stainless steel impellor for the 115 v4. Is there anywhere that would trade impellors, as mine is near perfect shape. The place I bought it has gone out of buisness. Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
