1988 Yamaha 130 bogs once on plane

I have a 1988 Yamaha 130 that I take out almost every weekend. I noticed it was bogging a little bit when I gave it a lot of throttle so I changed the spark plugs and fuel filter. Now as soon as it starts to plane out it bogs and won't plane. I cleaned the carbs and replaced the fuel pump about a year ago. Is it time to do this again? Any help is appriciated.
