1999 dt 150 suzuki oil bizzer

I have a 1999 150 suzuki oil light and buzzer goes off when try to plane out. It will not exceed three thousand rpm's I just had it in the shop and they replaced the voltage regulator and tach. Still no fix. Any ideas?

Why would they replace the voltage regulator and tach if the problem was oil alarm going off?

The tach was not working also, they told me that might take care of the oil buzzer, again it will only go off when you try to plane off. It will idle and run half throttle with out the oil alarm, but as soon as you put the juice to it. It goes off.
