Yamaha 40 HP Lower Unit - interchangable?

Need Help - I have a 2005 Yamaha 40HP, TLRD, 2-stroke with locked up lower unit.

I would like to know if the lower unit described below will work on my unit?

Yamaha C40 TLRA lower unit. Part number is 63D-45300-12-4D
