According to the service manual it looks pretty simple, and I've already done the oil, gear case oil, etc. before. I got a quote from a local dealership and they want over $500, but that includes rebuilding the water pump, which the guy I talked to says they recommend every 100 hours. Service manual says water pump at 200 hours. I'm running in clean water lake.

So my question is: should I include the water pump or wait for the 200 hour service like the manual says. Either way I'm doing it myself, so any tips appreciated.

Thanks!
